Suppressors For The Sig Mcx Rattler
I bought the MCX Rattler pistol setup because I wasn't interested in waiting for the tax stamp on short barreled rifles (SBRs). Still, the Rattler looks pretty clean. Compact and easy to store in a backpack or even under the car seat. I personally find myself keeping it next to my bed because the short barrel length (5") is perfect for maneuvering through the narrow hallways and doorways of my house. It comes equipped with a very nice checkered M-LOK grip as well as a stabilizer mount that is downright garbage. It's shaky and unstable. I can't stand it. Other than that, every non-acting part of this AR gun is rock solid.
. I don't like the 9 pound trigger on my AR rifle or pistol, or basically any firearm. It makes accurate shooting much more difficult at longer ranges. This is a problem that really hampers this rifle. I definitely need to change it to make it acceptable.
However, if you look beyond that, the accuracy is pretty good. I pulled out the little red dot sight and was really trying to engage at fifty yards. Solid group with three-inch group while taking some casual shots. After that, I can hold 3 MOA while sitting and focus hard. Normally you wouldn't miss it if you weren't using low power variable optics (LPVO) or some sort of magnified optic and the binoculars look downright ridiculous in this case.
Other than that, I don't know what else I could ask for. It is ergonomic, maneuverable and very quiet with both subsonic and suppressor ammunition. Plus, this weapon was originally built for military and special operations, so it's sure to scratch that itch. I could find some practical use, but there are much cheaper options out there, even if they don't look great.
