Ukrainian fighters use the campus of the RPK Poray-Koshitsy Academy as a stronghold during the Battle of Rubyzhne. As you can see in the video above, a fairly ordinary-looking railcar fires a cannonball into the middle of an already-destroyed cityscape. However, if you look closely, you'll see what the projectile left behind like a rope; it's a 90-meter-long pack of dynamite.
The building it enters is (or was) the five-story Institute of Physics, Mathematics and Information Technology.
The explosion you see in the video is the sudden detonation of 1,600 lbs of PVV-7 plastic explosives.

The attack on Rubyzhne Academy is not the only known offensive use of meteorites in Ukraine. The Meteor uses the same tracked chassis as the 2S1 Gvozidika self-propelled howitzer. Its roof launcher can fire two wire charges. First, a rocket is fired that pulls the explosive wire charge across a minefield, where it detonates. The overpressure of the explosion blows up many types of mines and displaces others.
These were built to operate near the combat front, but were not built to engage directly in combat. Since this is a lightly armored vehicle, other mechanized units and artillery are required to provide covering fire when used near enemy positions. Like most Syrian military equipment, it likely came from Russia.
